Shipping Policy:
Our apparel division, High Funk Clothing, is open monday through friday 10am-4pm EST. We are a custom print shop and print every order as it comes in.
All orders are scheduled to leave our facility within 3-5 business days of payment receival. Credit cards take 2 business days for processing, please keep this in mind when selecting your shipment timeline. All US orders are shipped USPS mail with free delivery comfirmation. During holiday weeks, please allow up to 7-10 business days before shipment.
When can I expect my item: We are a custom print shop located in Central Florida.
While we carry a heavy backstock of blank items ready for print, sometimes an item may be on backorder. We will notify you immediately if shipment of your item is going to be delayed. Every order placed is printed as soon as the payment clears. While most items are shipped the next day, all items are scheduled to leave our facility within 3-5 business days after payment receival. All items are shipped via usps user defined shipping. Generally, most items arrive to our customers within 7-10 business days.
Returns: Any item purchased is acceptable to be returned for store credit only.
Return policy (buyer error): If you have ordered an item and found that it does not fit you may return it to our facility for a different size within 7-10 days. However, it must never have been worn, washed, or damaged. For direct replacement because of buyer error, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost to get the item back to us AND the additional cost for us to resend the item back out to them. We are not responsible for replacement shipping costs on direct replacements because of buyer error.
Return policy (Company error): In the event that our company has made an error and shipped an incorrect shirt, size, or misprinted item, please email us at Returns@cflmp.com and a store credit will be given to the buyer once the items are returned to our warehouse. If the item is defective (pin-hole ink spots, incorrect size, incorrect shirt, damaged, etc) the item will need to be returned to us, inspected, and then we will refund the return shipping cost to the buyer and ship out the correct or replacement items at our expense.
